BYPILLOW Callao

Location was great. We had to get on the road too early for breakfast. Staff was great, rooms clean.

Rooms without a window can be a challenge for those that are bothered by that sort of thing.

Un Excelente para Aurora , excelente Profesional !! Lo mismo para Betsave !!! Gracias 10

Que no tenga un sala de start aunque sea chica, Lo demás todo muy bien!! 7

Todo bien y ubicación increíble

Un poco pequeño

The attentiveness of the receptionist and more specifically one of them, Alba. She was very informative and helpful.

Various aspects were disappointing. One is the fact that the hotel is very limited in space, rooms are very small, there is no actual lobby where to sit or stay. There is no telephone in the room so if you need to call reception where there is one single person only you have to come to the corridor to ring from the corridor. Although there is two servings of water, two small beers and one coca cola in the mini bar and this one is free of charge for the first night only, there is also an expresso machine with two single capsules of coffee which are also only for the first morning. After that you need to pay 5 euros for another two capsules. The main issue was the fact that there are no common areas, no restaurant or bar, nothing but a lift to go to your small room and that is it. A hotel needs to have a common area and bigger lobby with W.C. and a bar or restaurant. The services are extremely limited. It is you renting a room basically. This was disappointing.
