The property was very clean and gad great facilities.
Great location and nice quiet cul de sac.
The property owner was very helpful and accomodated us arriving slightly early and was very easy to contact

Everything you needed. Beds were really comfy. Shower fab. The kitchen looked well equipped even though we didn't use anything other than kettle as were only there 2 nights. Would definitely return. Its only a 10 minute walk to the centre also. And there's a parking spot.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was just right. The beds and sofa were comfortable. The property was just as described. Within walking distance to all amenities.

It’s in an excellent location for exploring York but was also very quiet. The house is very well equipped and the beds are so comfortable.
