The property was well located being only a short walk from York city centre, we didn’t use the car the whole time we were there. It was clean and provided all the facilities we needed. Ebor house was excellent value being a lot cheaper than if we had booked three hotel rooms.

A warm and welcoming, well-equipped house with the added bonus of a dedicated parking space. The location is ideal, just outside the city walls and only a 10-minute walk into the city centre, making shops, restaurants, bars, and attractions all easily accessible on foot.
Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout our stay. They responded quickly and helpfully to the one small issue we had.
The house could benefit from a little TLC. The kitchen tap is quite loose, the windows are difficult to open and close (which wasn't ideal during the very warm weather), and the garden is rather overgrown, making it less enjoyable to sit outside and a little awkward to access the bins.
On a personal note, we would have preferred a firmer mattress and a shower with stronger water pressure.

Location
Bed uncomfortable. Parking not clear where to park. Couldn’t work smart tv. No key box code as I missed paying the £250 deposit and received no reminder!
