The room and the kitchen was big enough. Beds in the room were comfortable.
Although the bathroom was private it was a little bit small. But it was okay and clean.

it is so close to Colosseum, Center, Metro & Train station. The room was clean. The host was kind. The air conditioner worked without error, it was the one of the most important part especially in summer. The host permitted to keep our luggage at the hotel at the last day and it was helpful for us. Thank you!

The location was great. It was awesome to be able to walk to the colosseum. Francesco was great. He made recommendations about where to see and where to eat. If we ever go to Rome again we'll stay in here.

The location is amazing. It is right next to the Manzoni station. Also have good bus connections around. There are many options for good cafes and restaurants around.
They have a nice kitchen and living room that you can use, with new appliances.
The facilities/room were extremely clean, and the owner is a really pleasant person.
The Queen room did not have a wardrobe/cabinet, so stay there for 6 days was really difficult due to the space and have our stuff all over the place.
The bed was not comfortable: just two thin mattresses on top of a single frame.
They changed our towels only once during the whole stay, but knowing we would stay for a week they should be changed more often.
The rooms have ZERO soundproofing. We would hear the noises coming from the other room bathroom (water down the drain, flush, ventilation) really loudly. Not to mention when people walk/talk on the corridors, it sounds like they are inside your room.

"Un posto meraviglioso in cui soggiornare! La camera corrisponde perfettamente alle foto e alla descrizione. Molto pulita e accogliente, e la vista dalla finestra sul cortile è semplicemente mozzafiato..."
