Location, close to some good restaurants. Clean.
You can hear sound from the people living upstairs, especially the walking steps and sound from showering.

I had a great stay! The space was spotless, well maintained, and even better than the photos.
Check in was easy, the location was extremely convenient and had easy access to public transportation and free street parking. Everything is nearby including local park attractions, cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a comfortable experience!

The location was good. The shower was adequate. It felt very safe.
The apartment had no separate heat control, and the heat was very loud when it came on, which it did frequently. We had to open the window to control the temperature. There was insufficient cutlery and general kitchen supplies. There was only a microwave and electric kettle for heating things up. The $300 cash deposit felt sketchy, but was not a problem in the end.
