Beautiful location but the photos look nothing like the actual room. Staff were great and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Property needs some immediate maintenance.

The bathroom had an absolutely horrendous smell. Could smell even with the bathroom door shut like sewage. Air conditioner was mouldy and made me feel sick when it was on. The room stink like mould. The astro turf on the roof looked bad and not like the photo at all. The space was tiny and not like villa. Access road to hotel was dangerous full of holes and dirt.

This property is not where it was advertised to be. this meant that our plans for the trip were ruined. someone from telescope pls contact me about this. Ive tried messaging the property directly(twice!) but i didnt get a response...

its been a pleasure to stay there with such a remarkable view and great stuff to service at anytime i need... i would really appreciate your effort to keep it up

1) need to put a safe box 2) need more variety at the menu and specially breakfast 3) providing a heater at the jacuzzi 4) insects are inside the room by passing through the big window and the shower area these things are needed to improve but at the end everything was good...

I really like the room and THE VIEW! Love it! I stayed in a room with a full ocean view, located between two hills. I also like the bathroom lighting, and I'm surprised how complete the kitchen appliances are in the kitchen, next to the cold jacuzzi!

Just wish the jacuzzi has how water =D

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Telescope Lombok, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty and tranquility of the place. The stunning views that greeted us were absolutely breathtaking. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic food. During dinner, we had the opportunity to indulge in a variety of delicious dishes. I couldn't resist trying the burger, which was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. My wife opted for the tuna poke bowl, and she couldn't stop raving about how fresh and delicious it was. We also sampled the croquettes, and they were the perfect bite-sized delight. The culinary experience at Telescope Lombok truly exceeded our expectations. Another delightful aspect of our stay was the refreshing jacuzzi. After a long day of exploring, we found great pleasure in soaking in the jacuzzi while enjoying the surrounding natural beauty. It was a truly rejuvenating experience that added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The location of Telescope Lombok also worked to our advantage. It was conveniently situated, allowing us easy access to the recommended places in the Kuta area. Whether it was exploring the pristine beaches or discovering local attractions, we found it incredibly convenient to navigate from the resort. Lastly, we would like to give a special shout-out to Emilia, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction during our stay. She was attentive, and friendly, and provided us with a wealth of information about activities and attractions in the area. Her recommendations made our stay even more memorable, and we truly appreciate her outstanding hospitality. In conclusion, our stay at Telescope Lombok was an absolute delight. The serene ambiance, breathtaking views, delectable food, rejuvenating jacuzzi, and exceptional service from Emilia all contributed to an unforgettable experience.

The view from the property is amazing. The restaurant was very good. The staff were kind. The outdoor space in the room is private and large.

Room is very small and did not feel clean. Towels and bed sheets were stained. The rooms need to be updated/repainted. For the same price, there are nicer properties in the area.

I have liked the privat Jacuzzi on the own wooden terrace. The bed and cushions were comfortable. We had the room on the top floor with a nice view to the ocean as the hotel is located on a hill. Therefore it is not walking distance to the Kuta center. The restaurant is good and offer nice breakfast and dinner. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would come here again definitely.

During the WSBK Mandalika Race the price was double than usual. The rate out of a big event is very nice and recommendable. The room itself is not so big but together with the nice terrace with sofa to chill is good.

Everything was great. Opick the receptionist are are so nice and helpful ! The fooodd is sooo good! The view is really great.

Nice views from a luxurious apartment overlooking the valley below, and to some extent, the ocean! From your own jacuzzi and en suite kitchenette you can splurge here and maybe order some roomservice through their WhatsApp communication system. Even when we had already checked out they were very helpful in helping us find transportation. Would recommend!

The staff were very nice and helped with everything. The view is really amazing and you can be in the centre of Kuta very quickly. Breakfast was also ok.

The pictures can be misleading as to the size of the room. It is worth checking on arrival to make sure that you are expecting what you will be greeted with when you enter the room. It's too small for two people, and the terrace also looks a bit better in pictures. Overall, not bad accommodation, but it looks a little better online than in reality.

I am allergic to cows milk. when they found out the cook and manager went and got Soy milk so I could have pancakes and a latte. it was very thoughtful. Everyone is so authentic and warm true hospitality. The service felt really personal.

it was a bit smaller than we anticipated but it still was very nice. the room itself is about 15m2 but with you private outdoor pool and kitchen it comes to 30m2. The road up until the property itself is a dangerous hazard but that’s not their fault.

The view in the superior villa is amazing! Totally worth it! You don‘t want to go out just stay in the pool or in your outdoor villa. It‘s suuuper quiet at night and you can‘t even hear the mosque when your room is towards kuta bay.

It‘s a permanent construction site and therefore so many distractions. This is temporary I know. But the time I was there it was quite annoying sometimes. Everyone was super friendly and trying their best but just quite a few things didn‘t work out. Like forgetting house keeping, sometimes super fast & sometimes super slow room service. Maybe this is complaining on a high level and Lombok is different to Bali. But in the end I would be happy to get a better experience.

Our stay was great BUT my wife got food poisoning from their breakfast. They have a little cafe within the resort called Moon, she had the bowl and she had food poisoning. We had checked out already, so I contacted the hotel to tell them not to serve the bowl to other customers BUT they completely ignored my messages and calls as after I mentioned the poisoning. I wanted to talk with the manager, they said the manager will contact me, nothing happened! so DO NOT EAT THEIR BREAKFAST, or simply don’t even stay here. It’s just sad to see that such a nice villa resort is wasted with bad food and ignorant staff.

beautiful views, nice rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly staff and great breakfast

location is a bit out with access by a dirt road. definitely need a scooter to get to main Kuta Lombok. the shower didn’t drain properly so there was always a pool of water. though the hotel staff cleaned it every day. staff generally friendly and helpful though sometimes forgot or didn’t respond to our requests.

The view there is amazing

The wifi doesn't not work, they said that it was under maintainance. The staff also slow respond when I ask for towel (which it supposed to be provided when we check in)

The villa is very clean, not only the bathroom and bedroom but also the kitchen. The amenities are quite complete. It provides tooth brush, cotton bud, galon mineral water, refrigerator, and cooking ware.

There are only 2 chairs for waiting in the lobby and it is only small room.

the idea of the concept and location was great

cleanliness was not great as bugs constantly came in the room. no tissue or toilet paper no hot water for shower aircon air smelled moldy and triggered my allergies. wifi did not work at all. despite all the problems they still did not refund me any money, extremely dishonest.
