Excellent location, interesting historic building. Comfortable bed, effective shower.
Hotels need effective management even when they try to make everything delivered by hands off electronic systems.
Poor communication about how to leave a bag before check in time. Come on, people can’t structure travel to meet check in times exactly and don’t want to push a suitcase around for a couple of hours till check in. Phones not answered. Tv not working. Basically if things don’t work, you are on your own in an unstaffed hotel. I suspect the owner is more interested in being seen to be clever than running a guest focused hotel.

Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Stadt parken kostenlos von 18:00 Uhr bis 9:00 Uhr morgens. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit guten Personal. Sehr gute Bäcker Brötchen. TV und WLAN funktionierten einwandfrei.
Das Hotel wird außer einer Person beim Frühstück sehr unpersönlich, geführt. Checkin über ein Automaten.Die Booking.com Rate akzeptabel. Als Ferienhotel weniger geeignet

Ich war mit dem Aufenthalt wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist nett und das Hotel ist gut eingerichtet. Es liegt wunderschön in der Altstadt von Zittau und man kann zu Fuß die wunderschöne Altstadt erkunden

Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Sehr schlecht, besonders in den Sommermonaten.
Bei Anreise erst sehr spät E-Mail für den Zugang zum Hotel erhalten.
