The location is excelent and if you book it with the breakfast, it's right at the corner and it's delicious.
Everything was fine for us, although for elders or people with problems in the knees, climbing the stairs might be a challenge.

Great location, comfy beds, clean with basic things provided such as hairdryer, kettle, tea and fan which was needed. Wifi worked well. Washing machine available at a cost, though we didn't need. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area, very close to Metro station. Indonesian restaurant downstairs was very good. Key lock to collect keys but I'd missed the communication from owner re combination lock code so easy to access.
Breakfast, provided at a coffee shop a very short distance away, was very good.
It wasn't the easiest street level front door to open, there was a knack to it and took us a minute or so each time. The stairs were steep going up to the attic room and quite difficult with large items of luggage. I had read this in other reviews so please bear this in mind if your mobility isn't great or you have lots of luggage. As it was warm, we did try to sleep with the windows open but it did get noisy on one of the nights and early traffic, bin collection etc was noisy on one morning.

Super consigliato!"
