Villa Caroline, Lac d'Annecy

Clean room, parking, comfortable bed, walk in shower, restaurant and very kind staff.

Weed was blocking the lake view from the restaurant area

Wonderful location on the lake & lovely gardens for sunbathing. We stayed in the family suite which was very spacious (2 bedrooms) & comfortable with great views. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Great location, loved swimming in the lake right outside the property, then into the sauna and stream room - AMAZING !

The lake access and onsite restraint food were the best parts about the stay.

A lot. Unfortunately, much of what was advertised on the listing was not accurate. To start, there was no a/c and our room was 25/78 degrees. The staff offered us the solution to open the doors which wasn’t good for privacy or the bugs. I left with multiple bites. A broken fan was provided as solution. Additionally, there was no yoga space. And the hotel did not have wash cloths for bathing or conditioner. While the best part of our stay was the dinner meal, the service was terribly slow (30 minutes to get water/drinks).
