the location is outstanding; the dining terrace is an asset as it fronts the lake; the whole hotel has been nicely refurbished, it's very comfortable; the parking is great; the staff are really friendly and helpful
the food was lovely, maybe the portions were a bit big! More choice for lunchtime food would be good. Don't go at weekend of the LirOLac literary festival unless you are participating, it spoils the view and ambience

Beautiful, well-appointed property with a fabulous location on Lac d’Annecy. Delicious breakfast in beautiful dining room. Enjoyed swimming pool and location for exploring village.
Poor lighting in bathroom; otherwise everything in bathroom was nice. Service in dining room for evening meal was disjointed…hard to tell who was taking care of us.

Breakfast had no fried eggs and bacon or anything which needed cooking.dinner had a very very limited a la carte which meant you had to eat more or less the same meal every day for four days
