Great location, in a safe, vibrant neighborhood with lots of good eatery choices within a short walk. Convenient parking, room was quiet, comfortable beds. There was a small room fridge with two waters in it that was actually quiet. Nice bar and breakfast area downstairs where you can watch whatever the big game that night is. Not perfect, but we would come here again.

The check-in process was unbelievably slow, particularly after a long day of travel. Not just a technology thing, the desk staff was clearly in no particular hurry to get people checked in. With another major competitor I can choose a room, check-in and use my phone as a room key, without having to deal with any of this. At one point during my stay I wanted to get a water and an ice cream but gave up because I'd have to get in line behind two people checking in. The towels in the room were kind of thread-bare, water pressure in the shower was way low and on the day I left I couldn't even get hot water out of the shower. There was sticky stuff someone spilled on the floor and hadn't been cleaned up by housekeeping.

lovely facility. breakfast was nice, expensive but not compared to local restaurant offerings. Parking easy access across street, but have to pay each time in and out. Still the fee for parking is quite a bit less than some other places I considered. Overall this was a really nice place to stay and easy access to the city from there.

Parking in separate garage if not using valet. However, this seems to be a normal thing for city stays.

Bar and restaurant was convenient. Food was mediocre.
