Kona Bali Kai is near the ocean but not an oceanfront property. However, ocean is clearly visible but the view was partially blocked by some wooden boards with danger signs and heavy equipment like dozers behind it? It is surrounded by well maintained gardens. The parking at the building 6 is fine. The household waste can be easily disposed in dumpsters surrounded by wooden fence. There is a gas grill for residents and guests. The area is well maintained around the property. It is safe. There is also a beautiful little church diagonally that is open to public and enjoyed my morning there. The area between Kona Bali Kai main building and church is a uncared poorly maintained area that can have trash?

The few that I did not like: 1. A used toilet paper roll was provided. So, had to rush to buy toilet paper. Not good! 2. Bed is comfortable but does not have a head board and pillows fall down due the gap between bed and wall? 3. On the stairs outside a small portion of wooden railing had dust bunnies! 4. Bed was not King size?
