The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful and once checked in she helped us to our room on the 4th floor. The room was a complete contrast to our first impressions of the building. Overall we were happy with the room, it was clean, comfortable and the location was central to everywhere we wanted to go.
The first impressions of entering the building made us a little unsure if we had chosen good accommodation. The entrance way, lift and stairs were of concern, especially as we had two large suitcases and the lift didn’t appear to be working, and if it was, only one person and one piece of luggage could go in at one time. we were told over the intercom that we had to go to the 3rd floor to check in so we struggled up the steep windy stairs to the 3rd floor.

The location, small details that make a difference, everything very clean and remodeled, and the employees friendly and attentive to make sure everything is alright..

Polite and helpful staff
Central location
Very clean
Family Rooms good enough for 4 people
Beautifully decorated
The lift was small and only one person could use it at a time. It was slow and inconvenient. I think the businesses there will have to address this issue. But this shouldn’t be a reason to keep you away from this beautiful Accomodation

This is a very pleasant place in the heart of Madrid, steps away from Plaza del Sol. It is a small hotel but offers everything for a very comfortable stay. My wife and I stayed in a junior sweet, and we very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel offered one free breakfast in a nearby restaurant which we also very much enjoyed. I would rate this hotel with 5 stars without any hesitation.
There is really nothing that I would say I didn’t like. This place isn’t cheap, but it’s very difficult to find anything cheap in the heart of Madrid of similar quality, except perhaps some AirBnBs (not another hotel, for sure).
