Rooms were decent sized. Fully stocked kitchen. Loved the fact that there were 2 lounge areas. All 3 rooms were en-suite plus an extra toilet.

Took a long time to find correct parking spaces. Numbering too small. There are 3 steps going down to the door to enter. One of our group fell down the steps in daytime as she could not see the step. There should be painting on the edge to indicate where the steps are. They are a real hazard. Also at night there are no lights working to show those dangerous steps. Upon entering the building there were no functioning lights during the first 2 nights of our stay so we had to use our phone lights. We tried pressing whatever buttons we could find to see if they were light switches but none worked. Only on our 3rd night did the interior lights come on. There was scaffolding outside the second lounge that came all the way up to the second floor. No notice of any building works. Emailed customer service who said no idea. We didn’t feel safe using the second lounge. The queen bed sloped on the left side. Did not like the fact that we have to strip the bedding upon leaving and take the trash out

Great location with magnificent views of garden and the Lake Lovely apartment and great to have 3 ensuites plus extra toilet. Great to see all wildlife in garden (deer,pheasants,rabbits and lots of birds)

Great location but unfortunately the main road running past property entrance was closed. There were no road signs indicating diversion route. Only managed to find road running parallel and gain access but not easy in the dark. No notification of road closure from owners or Booking.com!!!! Beds very hard and neighbours above loud from 7am each morning.

Fantastic location and well maintained house. Great for families . Ample space, clean and really filled with all facilities. Cant faullt anything.

Perhaps should have some tea, sugar and coffee for visitors. It would be a welcome thing to have a cuppa after you check in. Of course families should replace stuff back when they check out.

The apartment was incredibly spacious. We loved the fact that each room had an en-suite and an additional toilet in the entrance. The kitchen was fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher and all other essentials. Both living spaces had super comfy large luxurious sofas with tv in each room. Decor throughout pleasant. Integrated wardrobes with hangers very helpful. The board games and dvds was a pleasant bonus for the kids. Lighting throughout for me was too dim.

The beds were extremely disappointing. The mattress were very springy and uncomfortable. Some bulbs were out in the living room space. The big beautiful clock also needed new battery which was annoying as we constantly needed to check time on phone. Couple of the toilet seats were loose, stained and dirty, need a thorough clean/repair/replace. The washing machine drawer was also filthy we scrubbed it before dispensing soap powder. Unpleasant smell upon entering building not very welcoming.
