Kita-Senju is a great place to be, you have great conncections to akihabara and the sky tree.
In the Area of 10 min is everything you need, yakiniku, ramen restaurant, 7-eleven, smoking area etc.
The nights were a bit cold sometimes due to the bad insulated windows.

It’s so conveniently close to the train station where there are many lines available so you can easily get anywhere in Tokyo without being too far from anywhere. It’s also near many places to eat, supermarkets and malls, all within walking distance!
The stairs were definitely a challenge but other than that it was such a lovely home and would love to stay here again.
