Communication was great and check was easy.
The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and smelt nice on entry.
Having two bathrooms was great.
Location was very convenient to the centre of town.
The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable.
There was some noise on the first night until the early hours however, this was outside the control of the owners.
Two keys would have been handy but we were able to use the lock box.

Location was ideal for the city centre
The building in particular, and the apartment need some TLC.

Super comfortable beds, nicely decorated bedrooms. Spacious.
The entrance way needs repainting and the carpets cleaning and there were some unpleasant smells - musty in the en-suite bathroom and in the fridge in particular. Also a lot of different noises overnight kept waking us up.

Spacious flat in a good, central location, a short walk from the main stations. Instructions for check in were very clear and host was very responsive, reaching out to see if all was going well and fixing minor things that weren't right at first. Kitchen is well equipped.
Wifi a little temperamental, affecting TV streaming.
