Amazing hotel. Staff were lovely! We met Putri & Eka who were very accommodating but everyone from the cleaning staff to the bar staff were amazing. We ordered food to our plunge pool which was phenomenal. Location was very good to! We used the GRAB app to get around. Was very happy with our stay, amazing massages, very clean. Can’t complain.

Size of the property, quality of the amenities, interesting design… and super friendly staff! We had a great time at Desa Hay, the property is well located, close to the beach and a lot of restaurants. The service was perfect (incl. room service) and the staff was here for all our requests! Kind of a Boutique Hotel, the privacy of Desa Hay and the warm design of their villas makes it a great place to stay in Canggu area.

Room service is not available after 10pm, so if you need to get anything after that time, you have to order it from outside of the hotel.

They prepare special welcoming for our honeymoon, and the staffs are very friendly and supportive! We had lovely time staying there.

Bcs there’s lots of plants and trees, so definitely more mosquitoes! But you can request mosquitos coil:) And there’s not much sunlights get through to the room pool, so it’s quite cold for swimming, but might be the seasons. Overall very nice hotel.

Desa Hay is absolutely stunning! Lush green and a beautiful pool. The bed was really comfortable, and the shower / bath were enjoyable. Staff were so friendly and attentive - it was raining during our visit and they organised a yoga class on site for us and were on hand to organise drivers into / out of town (as it’s 10 mins away). Restaurant on site was also nice!

The eye to details everywhere you look: you can see it in the villa, in the lighting, the garden and in the staff. Everyone who works there is so kind, thoughtful and helpful. Really, it’s truly amazing and just an 10 minute ride from the city center which is true bliss. Can highly recommend it and they also have a location in Ubud! Double the pleasure:).

Wonderful place. Everything was perfect during our stay : the design of the place and room is beautiful, the service is friendly, the pool is nice and the food is pretty good. A little bit further away from Canggu night life but not an issue since you can easily grab a Grab for less than one euro to reach restaurants and bars.

The breakfast was good and the location is good for taxi to pick you and drop you off

The place is so peaceful and staff is really nice and friendly. They check on us everytime if we are okay with our stay. My husband is sick on our last day and the staff bought us medicines from pharmacy at night. Excelent service. Will stay again in thr future.

Desa Hay is so beautiful. I really enjoyed Munduk Cabins so I wanted to try out Desa Hay in Canggu. I'm so glad I did. The rooms, the garden and pool area are all so well done. Just a beautiful place. The staff are very kind and attentive. There was a storm that caused a power outage in all of Canggu, and Desa Hay was so kind to apologize and offer a gift for the trouble, even though they didn't have to, it was not their fault. They really do go above and beyond in terms of customer service.

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. The staff were exceptional hosts, the rooms were so comfortable and luxe. Such a relaxing experiencing, our best stay in Bali by far!
