Location. View. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. Easy beach access. Condo nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable. Had a nice pool, although we didn’t use it. Liked that even though it was before check in time we had access to the beach.

Confusing to find way in to property. Didn’t show our unit number on sign. Gate code didn’t work in 2 gates I tried. My reservation kept saying I had Sea Side Villa II but parking pass said Villa I. Had to go back to rental office for directions. Didn’t use dishwasher til final day and went out to eat. Came home to water all over the floor. Bedroom is very cramped. Unit was small but ok for 2 but if you had 4 people would have e been really tight. Not much storage. Could never get cold water. Had to be a genius to figure out living room TV. But the real bummer was upon arrival there was no door knob on entry door. Could see right through the hole. Could not believe the cleaning people would leave it that way. Found door knob sitting on kitchen table. When I called the office they said they would get maintenance there the NEXT day. I told them that was totally unacceptable. We wanted to go pot to eat. Didn’t have much of a caring attitude. Called the manager’s name on the sheet and he got someone out in a half an hour who was pleasant and repaired it quickly. I

Location was great. Wasn't too bad picking up the information packet from Vacasa, and the staff was as helpful as they could be.

We were given the wrong gate code, so it took us a while to get into the complex. That was frustrating. Once we found our condo, the keys that were given to us were not to that lock at all. They wouldn't even go in. Fortunately, the code worked to the door. However, one of us had to pull the door up while the other one did the code to lock, or it wouldn't lock. Also frustrating.

Perfect size for 2 people

Tv difficult to figure out, coffee pot very old and no filters.

Good location, easy access to beach, clean.

Wifi was awful, property pool closes at sunset. The beach is accessible later than the pool…. So not being able to access a pool after 8pm was a little crazy to me. Was not giving correct gate code for the second half of the trip because it changed in the middle of our stay and had difficulty get a hold of anyone. Had to wait for someone else coming in to help us. Unit was advised to have a king bed and it absolutely does not.

Assistenza e chiarezza nelle informazioni. Assenza di contatto diretto ( il covid non esiste più…) Appartamento minuscolo e letti singoli scomodissimi. Pulizia migliorabile

Terrible customer service. Told the staff day 1 our room wasn't clean, tv in living room didn't work, place was super small. They gave us this number to call about potentially switching rooms or a refund. They never returned a call after we called over 6 times with a voice-mail message each call. Never really complain much. This is however the worst place we have ever stayed in all our trips. Absolutely wouldn't recommend to anyone!!

Hated everything.

Booking.com sucks. Don't ever book through them. Go straight to the property management instead.
