Besides the nice and comfortable rooms and the very friendly staff we really appreciated their booking flexibility: we had booked first 3 nights in one room type then 2 following nights in a different room type, as the first type was not available for 5 nights. I hurt my leg a few days before arriving in Cusco so I had difficulties climbing stairs and the first room was on the 2nd floor... They then managed to find us a nice room on the ground floor that we could keep for the 5 nights! We really appreciated it!

The property is spacious and clean. It’s close to a supermarket, restaurants, and Plaza de Armas and Incarail.
Everything especially the staff. Very accommodating and kind. When we went to Machu Picchu for 2 days and he held our luggage and when we came back they did our laundry for a minimal price. Breakfast was sufficient.
