The communication from the hosts was awesome, and the location was great - right in the heart of the Petticoat Lane area, but still quiet. The room was a great size and was really clean, including the towels and bed linen provided. I needed a later check-out and the team made that happen, which I really appreciated.

Great value, all you need for a pit stop in London City.

Entry instructions slightly convoluted, also be a bit tricky gaining entry when it's dark.

It was good enough for what I needed. It is true it was a bit of escape room to begin with, but it was ok. I had the room 24, and it was big enough for one person. It is a double bed so great for one person, and probably a bit just for two. The bathroom was next to it and it was ok.

I read all the reviews about the bed bugs as soon as I went in, and I started panicking because it was very late and the options were too expensive. Gemini was telling me to get out of there, while the AI from Booking was telling me contact the owners as they may already done something about it. But I didn't think they were going to get in touch that late. I read all the reviews, and apparently they had the problem in a different room, so I took my torch and started inspecting the bed like mad. I didn't find anything suspicious so I slept there. It's been almost a week and I can't say I have been biten or found anything afterwards. I cannot say if they have the problem under control but I had no issues on the 16 of September in room 24. The room is very noisy when people start waking up and there is a lot of door slams, but during the night it was very quiet.
