City Rooms

We came to London for a few days to explore the city and were looking for a simple and convenient place to stay. City Rooms was recommended to us, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our three-night stay, including a shower and toilet, a kitchen where we could heat up food, and tea and coffee. The location was probably the best part, really convenient for getting around London. Considering the location, comfort and prices in London in general, we felt it was very good value for money. We definitely didn't leave feeling like we had overpaid. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Nothing really, Everything was as expected

The communication flow was exceptional. Ammar was so kind; he never stopped reaching out and responded to inquiries in a fraction of a second. He was so kind, courteous, warm, friendly and considerate. Although I arrived very late, far beyond the check-in time, he remained so hospitable and charitable as to waive fees for late check-in, a gesture I greatly appreciate.

Central location, very responsive staff, clean studio and decent facilities.

The room is quite old. Nothing is broken but there are scuffs and marks everywhere.

The host and the communications were excellent, the apartment was clean, tea, coffee, sugar, crockery, cutlery, towels all supplied. Decent flooring, shower acceptable with toiletries, windows good. Entry system easy to use.

The only issue was the bed and the pillows. The bed was rock solid the pillows were cushions inside pillow cases. This caused a very uncomfortable night
