All good. Convenient to go to many excellent places in and around Bendigo.

Location
Poor heating system. Not good enough on a cold Bendigo night. Spoke to owner to request another room, nothing available. Requested discount on room and none provided. Never recommend.

We were delighted with our stay. Jennifer was very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were clean, spacious and well set up with fridge, microwave, toaster etc all available if you wanted to self-cater. The breakfast, although simple, was a great bargain for the price. Jennifer had arranged for adjacent rooms for my elderly companion and me, and went to the trouble of ringing me prior to our arrival to check whether my friend needed a shower chair and so on. Room was amazingly quiet.
The only aspect that needs updating in Room 11 would be new carpet.

Room very comfortable and clean. Receptionist on check in was very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful in showing where we could find a good restaurant on a map. Would stay here again.

Great location, heater was on when we arrived and much appreciated, the room was well appointed and very clean and had everything we needed. Jenny was very helpful and we will stay again.
My only regret is we did not stay longer

Spacious, clean, quiet and plenty of light for working. Friendly staff.
Everything was great but for me the pillows and bed were a bit soft. Personal opinion only and probably no problem for others.

The room was very clean, the bathroom had a hair dryer which I loved. The bed was extremely comfortable.

When we arrived the lady was lovely and friendly.
The room was clean and more importantly the bathroom was very clean.
The only problem I had was the single bed being on wheels every time you sat on the bed it rolled and I was worried I’d end up going through the windows.
