Gorgeous property and great location. Decor was lovely, and gave the house a very cosy feeling. It was clean and spacious, and the hosts were kind enough to leave some basics for us to use. We’d happily stay here again :)

Location, space, vibe, quick contact with owner

We stayed at East Street Beach House this summer with a number of family members. The property is great it's spacious, clean, so well equipped, comfortable a real home away from home. The garden is lovely and the views from the bedrooms are great. It's so nice to see the sea! Sarah our host was so responsive and helpful and the welcome basket was a nice surprise and most welcome! The location is excellent so close to the beach, a handy couple of shops at the end of the road and just a short stroll to the high street but tucked away enough it's peaceful at night. The parking for 2 cars that's easy to access is also a great bonus and not always easy to find! We loved it so much we re-booked straight away for next year!

Great location and plenty of room for our family. Very clean and had all we needed.
