A lovely hotel although a little tired. Great location and staff. Lovely food. Would definitely return. Would recommend but don’t expect a pristine hotel. This is an old hotel with charm.

Staff helpful and pleasant except for one staff member at breakfast who was actually rude and unhelpful, which was a shame as she let the hotel down. However, overall, nice place and welcoming.

Breakfasts were amazing, kept us full most of the day. Room was delightful with a lovely view over the Solent and meals in the bar were delicious and good value. Staff all round were lovely. Had a wonderful holiday.
