Понравилось абсолютно все! Отличные, разнообразные и очень вкусные завтраки, прекрасный номер, великолепная кровать, матрас, качество постельного белья, подушек и полотенец. Косметика в номере- чудесная, мы с удовольствием купили ее потом для себя в магазине на 1 этаже. Вкусная еда во всех ресторанах отеля, отличные коктейли, прекрасное обслуживание. На пляже, если повернуть налево, то можно пройти 200 м есть прекрасный местный ресторанчик, готовят очень вкусно и цены "тайские" Так как мы выезжали только в 18.00, в этом отеле предоставили не только хранение чемодана, но и возможность сходить в СПА, принять душ и отдохнуть перед дорогой.

Это не относится к самому отелю, но море на Као Лак, на всем побережье мутное, не прозрачное. Мы специально объехали несколько пляжей и посмотрели, море везде мутное.

Отель новый. Несмотря на небольшие недостатки в номере было ощущения чистоты и комфорта. В номерах хорошая косметика. Правда не в маленьком формате, а в большом. В номере кофемашина Nespresso, каждый день кладут капсулы. Территория компактная, зелёная, пляж красивый с белым песком.Отдельно хочется отметить персонал. Мы в отеле забыли очки для плавания. Через несколько дней вернулись в другой отель Као Лак, который находился не близко от Avani. Персонал нашел очки и доставил нам в другой отель. После Avani мы остановились а отеле The Sands. Avani по ощущениям отель по уровню на порядок выше.

Мы застали 1 день очень высокого сезона, последние дни каникул в России. Людей было было много и на пляже лежаков не хватало. Но на следующий день ситуация нормализовалась. Лежаки были. Цены в ресторанах при отеле неоправданно высокие

Nettes Frühstücksbüffet, Sauber und gute App zum z. B. das Housekeeping zurufen - funktioniert sehr gut. Nettes Personal, immer sehr hilfsbereit. Gutes Fitnessstudio.

Riesiges Hotel, über 300 Zimmer. Sehr kleiner Poolbereich. Wir hatten Pool-Access, war bei diesem Hotel nicht witzig. Der Pool ist sehr kalt, es ist nie was los im Access-Pool, weil auf den Pool und auf die Terrasse vom Zimmer NIE die Sonne schein. Architektonisch grauenvoll. Die ganze Anlage ist Architektonisch kein Leckerbissen. Im Zimmer war der Fußboden wellig, weil der Bodenbelag sich vom Untergrund löst. Getränke und Essen ziemlich überteuert, auch teilweise überteuerte Kinderfreizeit Angebote. Gefühlt 80 % Russen, das sollte man wissen, wenn’s einen stört. Sicherheit: An einem Tag ist ein Sicherungsgitter bei der Kinderrutsche abgebrochen. Glücklicherweise wurde niemand verletzt. An unserem Abreisetag gab es eine Indische Hochzeit. Den ganzen Tag würden eintreffende Gäste mit Trommeln begrüßt - Super super nervig. Man fühlt sich dann gleich Gast zweiter Klasse. Meer war sehr wellig - Baden mit Kind war schwer möglich. Aus diesen Gründen, würden wir nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen.

The 2 bedroom family suite was excellent. Spacious and clean, modern furnishing.

The main pool was small for a property of this size. Not enough restaurants/ food choices.

The « à la carte »restaurants are very good. The greenery is wonderful.

It is a big resort, with a lot of rooms, so a lot of people. Too bad there is no areas to drink a cocktail after 7pm close to the beach, it is so wonderful.

Amazing buffet breakfast - fantastic selection and delicious. Very good wait staff, nice atmosphere and relaxed. Beautiful rooms. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious, very nicely finished, clean and modern. Very nice, luxurious toiletries provided (Marlin & Goetz). Excellent housekeeping services. Beautiful clean beach, multiple pools and multiple restaurants - the pizza oven by the kids play pool was a favourite! Great kids and teens club with different activities and fun games. Gardens are beautifully maintained and bit of fun to see the chickens, ducks, turtle and rabbits.

המתקני מים של הילדים לא מתוחזקים ברמה מספקת, חלק לא עבדו למשל הדלי ששופך מים תקוע, חלודה על חלק מהעמודים. בגלל שהמלון בנוי ממש בצמחיה טבעית בשעות הערב יש המון יתושים. אין סופר קרוב או משהו קרוב ליד המלון, הכל רק במרחק נסיעה במונית.

Nice, modern resort with great facilities and beautiful gardens. The standard of hotels generally in Khao Lak is top-rate.

Location is quite far from restaurants/bars/shops, and further from the airport. The beach probably adds to the location in the high season but not in the low season. The 'premier room', while modern, clean and comfortable enough, was a bit on the small side relative to other hotels in Khao Lak. We were also put in a room beside the restaurant, which gave us a somewhat 'boxed-in' feel and was at times a bit disturbing, despite the hotel having low occupancy at the time. Overall, while a nice enough resort, I'd struggle to find compelling reasons to strongly recommend it over some of the better-located and slightly better priced resorts in Khao Lak.

on the first day it was a private event from outside there were a lot of jellyfish in the sea which sting

great facilities and beautiful grounds and beach. really great for kids and the staff put loads of effort into games etc. to celebrate the Thai New Year.

limited eating options and about a 15 min cab ride to the centre of Khao Lak. They didn’t clean the room until late afternoons sometimes despite booking in a time with housekeeping. Also lots of things on the bill that were supposed to be included plus some random laundry charges that weren’t ours.

The resort is amazing such a great place to relax & the weather was perfect. The staff were so friendly & helpful & are a great asset to the company.

I was surprised to find an Indian gambling organisation was allowed to set up a display in the resorts lobby! There was also a private party for there guests for which we were asked (politely) to move to another area of the beach.

Beautiful place!!!! Loved everything about it, such great value too. Super luxurious!

It was perfect

its a beautiful new resort with a lot of green and walkways with beautiful gardens. looks like they grow their own spices and also have some chickens running around in there as well. the kids club is exceptionally good with loads of playstuff and a great staff that enjoys playing with the kids. beautuful sports amenities and the food is also very nice. the pools are great and theres a fun pool with water stuff for kids. but also a more quiter pool for normal swimming. the beach side is fantastic with natural shade from the trees. more than enough beach chairs. bangsak beach area is very nice with some small restaurants on the beach too if you dont want to spend too much on the food at the hotel.

There was a big wedding with extremely loud entertainment when we stayed..would go again but check if there is no big event! Kids club could do with more toys.
