The Haven is an ideal spot to totally relax and unwind.We are repeat customers.(first visit was when it opened in 2017,it was pleasing to see that the upkeep of the facilities has been undertaken as required.The staff are very attentive and willing to fulfill any request,special mention for Jack on the reception desk and Thor in the pool bar .
There’s not a lot not to like … however,as a suggestion maybe the restaurant menu could be expanded somewhat..doesn’t take long to get through the variety.Prices at tge resort are “expensive “compared to nearby local Restaurants.(to be expected)

Location to the beach and the pools and outdoor swimming pools were beautiful.
Some of the tiles in the pools need fixing.

This property was beautiful, a little dated, but all in all it was gorgeous. The space itself is very lush and green with a beautiful view of the beach which you can hear crash as you go to sleep.
The menu was very limited and the food was not good. We stopped eating at the restaurant because the food quality was so poor and far more expensive than in town. The buffet breakfast was also terrible and again, we stopped going because the food, even Thai food, was inedible.

Loved all the pools, good breakfast buffet
Staff were terrible on check in. We didn’t get explained anything. We were told all sorts of things that we weren’t allowed to get like 20% off drinks and food. Rooms weren’t cleaned during the day. The place needs a good face lift. We also had a meeting booked for a wedding venue inspection which took five minutes, the staff weren’t interested.
