The location was so perfect. We spent 3 days of the week on self guided tours using the Fireneza Card, taking in 12 different museums. None were more than 15 mins walk from the room! The kitchen had what we needed to make easy meals and reheat delicious Florentine leftovers from eating out. The street was safe and quiet at night, which is hard to find in parts of old Florence. Too many positives to list.

Not that this is a big deal, but the rate off of the "old Florence" experience is an older building with limited AC and smallish bathroom. The weather cooperated mostly, but the room would have been harder to sleep in at night if the Temps were above 90degrees F. The room fan helped quite a bit and open night windows did too.

Apartment is in a great location and property management company was great to work with to schedule the arrival meeting. Apartment is outdated, but in good condition.

Shower is very small and has very poor lighting. Air Conditioning did not cool the room under 28 C or 82 F during the first few days of my stay. They sent the repairman out who told me the unit was not the correct size for the apartment and it would never cool it down. The temp was so bad they offered to move me to a different apartment which was much cooler and newer. This apartment is in a great location and I am sure it is comfortable during the other 3 seasons, but I would avoid it during the summer. The mattress is actually two mattresses pushed together under one sheet so you will feel the seam down the middle. Maybe this is normal in Italy due to the tight staircases, but it was a little weird.

exzellente Lage

Bei 11 Tagen Aufenthalt weder Handtuch- noch Bettwäschewechsel! Treppenhaus und Aufzug schmutzig und ungepflegt Geschirrspüler war angekündigt aber nicht vorhanden Wege Flugverspätung kamen wir 10 Minute3n zu spät, mussten dafür € 20.- Zusatzgebühr bezahlen Übergabepersonal hatte wenig Kenntnis über das Apartment und musste z. B. Waschmaschine suchen Die italienische Müllentsorgung ist kompliziert -Hilfe wäre angebracht. Man musste mit den Müllbeutels durch die Stadt zur Entsorgung laufen

The location of the property is absolutely perfect, you won’t find a better place to stay in the city. The apartment is perfectly set out for a couple stay with plenty of room for entertaining and a fully equipped kitchen.

The air conditioner is too loud to have on, but it is too hot without it so either way it is uncomfortable with the temperature in the apartment.
