Fantastic location as we were going out on Canal Street. Several reception staff changes during our brief stay but all of them were polite, friendly and very helpful. Accessing the room after hours was straight forward. We had a room downstairs below street level and we didn't hear much noise from nightlife, can't speak for rooms on the upper levels though. Very clean and well layed out suite.
No issues experienced

Location was great. Bathroom was very good.
Bit dated. Not very clean. Plate provided with coffee etc caked in dust. Fan also covered in dust and the mattress was clearly discoloured. Could clearly hear people talking in their rooms across the hall so not sound proof at all.

Great location for Manchester, Easy to check in and out, very friendly staff
Second bed was very hard, literally no mattress on it.
Lots of noise and music thumbing until 4am

Good location.
Tiny rooms, not in the best of shape, was very noisy during the night on a Saturday. Very expensive for what it is.
