Very close to Picadilly station and a short walk to the centre of Manchester. The staff were all great and the beer was excellent. It was cheap and simple. I’d definitely stay again!
I didn’t go around with a magnifying glass. I just wanted convenient bed at a good price.

From the outside you wouldn't expect much but on arrival we were greeted with a lovely manager Diane who was very welcoming. The manager was very clear on entry in and out the pub after hours when the pub is closed. The room was very clean and the toilet facilities were clean aswell.

It was across road from Manchester Picadilly rail station and tram stop - comfortable safe and quiet

Staff were lovely and bed very comfortable 😴
I didn't know that no full English and toilet in my room was bad at flushing and the sink filled up with water while brushing teeth plus shower to hot and couldn't change temperature so the price i paid was not worth it .
