En general, las personas fueron amables y nuestra estancia fue tranquila. Creo que hay una buena oportunidad para mejorar la experiencia con mayor capacitación al personal, especialmente para orientar a los huéspedes sobre actividades, lugares y recomendaciones de la isla, así como para fortalecer la atención y vocación de servicio. La habitación estaba limpia y el aire acondicionado funcionó muy bien. Como áreas de mejora, las toallas ya muestran bastante uso y la cama necesita revisión, ya que estaba hundida de un lado, posiblemente por el colchón o la base. La alberca fue agradable, aunque su limpieza fue irregular durante nuestra estancia. En general, es un lugar con mucho potencial que podría mejorar considerablemente con mayor mantenimiento y atención a los detalles. Quiero destacar especialmente a la persona que nos atendió el sábado en la cocina. La comida estuvo muy bien y su atención fue excelente. Con algunos ajustes en mantenimiento, capacitación y servicio, creo que el hotel podría ofrecer una experiencia mucho mejor.

Lo único es que en la habitación que estaba el escalón hacia el baño es muy pequeño y eso hace fácil que no lo veas y te tropieces

The Staff at the hotel were very nice. Helped me with information and just navigating the island.

The room smelled like it had just been sprayed with chemicals. The air conditioner worked well, but leaked onto the bed.

The property was very close to everything near the Malecon 2 very large grocery stores near by and a pickleball court. Tuk tuks were available out on the street if you needed them. The rooms were special with each one having its own decor, we stayed in the peacock room. Big, spacious, and first impressions were lovely.

When we arrived we found out that we didn’t get breakfast everyday and when we booked it presented breakfast included on the page of Booking.com The manager Christian said he has seen this before and is trying to correct it. If we wanted breakfast. It was going to cost us another $200 pesos each every morning. That $2800 pesos extra for our week. Had I known this was going to happen, I would have booked a cheaper hotel which Booking.com had on their page. And so did air bnb. So That was very disappointing for the fact I was sure we booked it with breakfast and there were no kitchenettes in the rooms, so cooking for ourselves was not an option. Christian however because there was no coffee that went with the coffee pots in the rooms allowed us to come to the kitchen and fill our yeti’s with coffee every morning, which we drank in our rooms and had cereal instead of a hot breakfast. When we went to swim in the pool, it was dirty, laden with debris and slimy, no filter was running. So I messaged the hotel. A girl came out and turned on the filter. The maintenance then started cleaning the pool the day after the message. Which we were grateful for. We had to close the bathroom door to the lovely big bathroom we had because as much as they have tried to fix it, the rain head from the shower leaks hot water all the time sounding louder at night. It needs a new rain head shower possibly and taps. And they took out the bidet. There was a big square what they called their tub, but you couldn’t have a bath in it. Too much water to fill it first of all, and only a rubber flat stopper which wouldn’t hold the water in properly was what we had. So showers were the acceptable choice. I was looking for soaking into a tub with Epsom salts. Otherwise the bathroom was lovely, large, lots of room for clothes and toiletries. They also had to come in to fix our tv, for we couldn’t navigate the channels easily. The cable wasn’t hooked up properly and the smart tv didn’t work great either.
