Grand Ark Bukhara

Absolutely fantastic place so clean friendly staff amazing staff working hard to make everyone staying comfortably polite awesome breakfast. Definitely next time I visit again I will stay in same hotel. I would like to thank everyone who worked hard to make us feel at home. Especially to the owner of the hotel I was waiting for a taxi and he came to me and offered me a ride to Bukhara observer tower thank you very much your are so kind

Fantastic place everything I need was there

The rooms were fine and the location too, as it’s easy to get taxis to anywhere in the city.

We booked the hotel for the pool which we didn’t use. There was green slime and black in the grout, and so we thought there was a high chance of getting ill if we swallowed any water. This has been a problem in older reviews too, and we wish we hadn’t taken the chance. It must be an ongoing problem or one that the hotel doesn’t prioritise to fix. Our low score is for this reason. We booked the hotel so the kids could swim. Whilst the rest of the hotel was OK (staff could have been friendlier), the pool let us down.
