Everything: the hotel , size of the room, easy access to the beach and nice swimming pool. Very clean .

Food very bad quality ! Also the service in the main restaurant very poor. I hope they will do something for that .

everything was amazing, incredible. Food was awesome the place was breathtaking.

I waited long time for my room, more than 2 hours. so checkin was not so pleasant cause I could not enjoy the facilities right away. still they gave us a drink and we were able to do a late check out. if I coming back???definitely we will.

Spacious room, quite a nice beach, it was pleasant to have Arabic sweets complement in the room.

First of all - a la carte restaurants Ramsa and Levant & Nar offer very average food. E.g. calamari in Ramsa were tasteless, and food preparation took almost 30 min. In Levant & Nar food was better, but still very average, you can eat it, but no joy at all. Service in Ramsa was professional, unlike the one in Levant & Nar, where it was slow, forgetting things, which is strange, given the half-empty restaurant. Alma Dry Martini cocktail was very bad, there was only 1 bartender, who was doing his best to serve tons of orders from all-inclusive package, so do not expect a proper cocktail bar experience. Secondly, overall hotel lacks the proper 5-star polishing in facilities and service. (e.g. no umbrellas to get to the main building from the reception area during the rain). It is actually fully focused on mass all-inclusive service. So, overall this all could work, but not at the price I paid, as for the same price I better go to another Ras or Fujeirah 5-stars.

It’s a very beautiful and modern property

They called me 1 day prior to check in and asked me what time I will be checking in (I said 2 pm) they told me that wouldn’t be a problem. I asked for high level floor as that’s what I paid for. I arrived and I hadn’t gotten checked in until 3 PM and my room was not on a high level.

It’s new, great location, quiet rooms

Staff needs more training - we paid for breakfasts upon check in and it was not communicated to the restaurant staff (not marked in the system) and we had to “prove” we paid and wait, which was a little unpleasant. We were clearly two guests, but there was only one dental kit… this is just sloppy and unprofessional on the staff. The price is too high - almost 1000 aed for a room is just too much for this town

Lovely beach and amazing staff, especially Abram at the reception, and Arkham, they made sure we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet was lovely.

The service at check in was slow Lots of welcome staff but no one seemed to be able to do anything Breakfast was chaotic - too busy and bad layout Booking a table at their two restaurants where reservation was required was very difficult to get at the time we wanted. No prior notice that this would be an issue. Web booking was hopeless and in the end there was a need to stand and wait for someone to arrange even though it was for the following two nights

The walking distance from reception to my car was very good and near but i the walk to the room was more than 500 meters and the external floor not smooth for pulling the luggage to recesch your room you will walk in open area. If you are young you will not notice but if you are tired and from driving you will notice the rooms location is far from the reception and the areas is open.

The area of walking to the room floor is used by every guest and also used for the service its made from hard rocks and you will norice its very noisy and bussy area even gulf cart. The hotel can use rubber wheels for service baskets movement.

Food was 5/10. The hotel restaurant for breakfast and half board guests was sub standard - 3 star hotel quality. The chef needs to be replaced. Options were poorly selected, taste was not of a 5 star chef. We stayed 3 nights so it consistently was a disappointing experience, not an unlucky "bad" menu one time. To have 3 star hotel food for 3 nights after paying for half board isn't acceptable.

Feels like a desert oasis (although on the coast). Peaceful rooms (opt for club rooms). Ocean view. Incredibly spacious. Comfortable bed.

Внимательный консьерж, трансфер на такси отеля до аэропорта дешевле чем муниципальное такси, молодцы. Хорошее обслуживание in room dining.

Катастрофическая нехватка лежаков у моря, каждый день кто-то приходил и ругался с персоналом, что не может найти свободного места. Гостям приходится вставать рано и устраивать гонку по заниманию лежаков на пляже. В основном ресторане вечные очереди для рассадки за столы. Выбор еды достаточно скудный и однообразный. Свежую рыбу не увидите, например. Завтрак тоже достаточно скромный для 5 звёзд. Детское меню на низком уровне. Рядом гигантская стройка, но она не особо мешает.

Slow service at the lounge. Told restaurants fully booked no tables kept for hotel residents. A struggle to book a table at any of restaurants No sports channel, disappointed couldn’t watch Rugby finals

Breakfast spread is very good, staff is accommodating. Our room on the top floor has a great view, room is very spacious and easily fit in an extra bed.

One staff from ShaSha isn’t professional and friendly and when I asked him politely about the drink my daughter ordered, he immediately felt defensive to argue with me.

Nice pool, the F&B + beach/ pool teams saved our staycation. Team @ Sha sha super, pool attendants all friendly & nice dining outlets & bfast with good service.

The front office team were not good at all. Starting with Zakaria who just could not get it. I booked panoramic sea view and had my 32 week pregnant wife with me. He allocated room 583 which is the furthest away you can go (again I have a pregnant wife) and there was no sea view from the room, only from balcony when you go out and stretch your neck to the left! This is not panoramic sea view. He said this was the only room he had (it was 3:15 pm so past check in time) and if you want another can you wait. Not going to wait past check in time. The frustrating part is I sent a very detailed email pre arrival, which was responded to 3 days later saying we have noted all your preferences - so of course very disappointed given the money we paid for and that NONE of my preference requests were considered. We were moved rooms eventually but the other room we moved into was dirty, all the bed linen and towels were stained! But the view was nice so we called housekeeping to replace all linens and re clean the room. Another disappointing thing was on our final day - apart from being approached by few staff asking for TripAdvisor review (now I know why they are highly ranked on TA) our request for late checkout to 2 pm also rejected even when I told her about our delay of getting into our room. Not a very empathetic team in front office, should retrain on customer service as it all felt very transactional.
