Location and very comfortable

It was in a perfect location in the centre of Cartagena. Clean, large and bright. Felt safe and secure.

There were no mirrors other than in the bathrooms which I personally don’t like. They were super prompt with check out. We were literally leaving at 10.59 and the cleaner was knocking on the door. Appreciate this is check out but I r never experienced that before.

Central location, close to shops, bars, restaurants and harbour. Apartment had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, slept well. Parking garage a short walk away.

Until check-in day we didn't know any access codes or where to find garage parking. We like to plan ahead and asked questions ahead of time but didn't always receive an answer. Maybe questions are lost in translation.

Fancy apartment, incredible location. No noises at night.

It wasn’t very clean. The kitchen cabinet doors, the floor, the terrace, the cutlery, the hand shower… were not properly cleaned. The hand shower was not even working correctly due to all the limescale inside. The pillows were really uncomfortable and cheap. Also, they offer you space for one car in the parking lot, and it’s cheap, that’s great. But. I asked for a second space since I made the reservation months ago. The reply was always “we will tell you upon your arrival”. I payed what they asked me but still no response about the second car, which we had to park in the same parking lot anyways as the apartments are in the city center. Turns out that they made me pay for the two cars but gave me the second card for their parking lot late in the day (only after I asked a couple times more), and I had to pay 17€ extra for the normal ticket. If they had given me the second card as I asked since the beginning, I would not have paid that. It’s unfair.
