Characterful and fantastic location .
Very easy to access and come & go either the app.
Staff friendly and good service.
Could do with a few more hot drink provisions including tea. Thank you for regular top ups of bottled water.
A clean up of the window area would make it even nicer.

It is hard to imagine a better place to stay in the center of Cartegena! Large, thoroughly modern, spotlessly clean, in a historic building located 5 minutes or less from everything that matters. A tasty full breakfast was included! Our room had a compact, but very complete full kitchen built into a long wall cabinet which closed up to hide everything when not in use. You could easily live here for an extended stay. The lobby and dining room are elegant looking spaces. There is also a slick phone app used to enter the building and your room which we liked. This owners of this property got the remodel right!

The room was clean and tidy and the access to the apartment was charming. The location is very central to all the main sights.
There are tapas bars and places to eat within 100 yards, but it was quiet.
It was quite hard to find the parking garage as it was down a restricted access street. A warning to ignore the signs would have been useful.
The bathroom floor flooded when we had a shower, but we reported this and I think it was just the seal that had failed.
There was very little in the way of amenities in the room.

Good central location for Cartagena.
Not much to do there (not their fault).
Breakfast included was simple but nice.
Very noisy with a club just in front. No proper noise insulation which means you can hear everything from the street.
No flexibility from the owners who didn’t allow us to cancel our second night after finding out about our dates being during the biggest Roman cosplaying event of the town.
Bagpipes and drums playing all afternoon and evening next to our room.
Parking is extra if booked through here instead of their website, the spaces are very very tight.
