The cute dog and the friendly staff

No hot water

Its a budget stay across the Sevan lake highway. We booked it at the last minute as our other hotel had some issues going on and we needed it only for the night. Room is alright, beds are too low and have tired mattresses, blankets etc. Good thing is the hotel manager was always available to help us with things. He did mention that the other rooms on the top floor were renovated. The one he gave us was on the ground floor which was not a part of the renovation...and was the only one available.

Bathroom fittings are partly rusted. Leaky tap. I personally prefer white bedsheets etc so that I can see if they are clean or not. This hotel had all dark color flowery duvet covers - which didnt feel that clean to me. Side table and cupboard were a bit dusty as well.. There is nothing great in the surrounding areas. Its 2-3 km away from the highway.
