There is nothing really not to like about this hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the food is excellent. It's located within a shopping complex so you also have quick access to any shopping you may need.
If you haven't visited the hotel the parking is a bit of a mystery. You need to drive past the hotel turn right and immediately left to go up the ramp to the Galleria Shopping Centre. Then drive all the way down to the Red Zone where you will find the hotel. I would recommend reserving spaces in the hotel area as the car park can get busy.
