The hosts were SO lovely, and so was the lady we interacted with completing house keeping duties.
The location was fantastic, close to two train stations, a river & the town. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed to have a homely & safe stay while in Interlaken!
The apartment we stayed in had a huge master bedroom and a small patio to have breakfast on each morning which I adored.
Not a single thing I can list in the ‘didn’t like’ section.

The location was good and the apartment was spacious.
The place didn’t match the pictures in the add. I understand this is a business but this place is entirely geared towards profit with no consideration for customer service or guest experience.
There are adds explaining even how to urinate correctly per the house rules. The hosts expect guests to wash, dry and put away dishes but you have to do it during your sleep since checkout time is 10 am (and check-in is at 5pm).
Value for money isn’t right, there are virtually no amenities such as shower gel or sugar.
