The location was great. Very close to the Interlaken West train station and walking distance to everything in town. There is also a great cafe across the lane way.
The room itself is a good size and has a good kitchen and a comfortable bed. Very handy storage area for your bags in the basement if you arrive ahead of the check in time.
Glen is a good communicator and responds quickly to any messages.
The glass in the front door that allows light in when other residents enter the hallway to access their apartment (we were in apartment 1)
One of the fry pans is past it's use by date and some better pillows would be great.

Location just 2 mins walk from Jungfraustrasse bus stop. All amenities including oven, microwave, washing machine. Room was clean and spacious. Shower was bit small, but had good water pressure. There was a small balcony too, to enjoy a cup of coffee out in fresh air. Excellent check in process. The host, Glen, was very responsive and supportive.
There's no AC. Though it shouldn't be a necessity in the colder months, the temperature during our visit was 28-30 c, where we sometimes felt that it would have been better to have an AC, especially after we came back to the apt after a trip.

~Bed and Sofa are Comfy ✨ ☁️
~i love the Yellow Chair ✨
~since its near cafes and restaurants be careful when opening the Blinds, they might see you naked 😖🔭.
~they provided Electric fan but its full of dust 💨
~and since near the Restos and cafes expected to be loud until closing time. just close the windows
~the Terrace/Balkon needs a renovation. Plants are dying 🥀

Good position in Interlaken. We enjoyed our stay there
There was no TV or microwave. Pillows were not what we were used to and there were no extras in the apartment
