The property was walking distance from everything ! Wonderful restaurant on premises, definitely worth having dinner there. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! Welcoming at any hour of the day! They made us feel at home! The room was spacious and spotless. It was the perfect choice for us.

Room had a very window with not enough light and almost no view at all

The food was excellent, the bedding was very comfortable, and overall the staff at front desk were helpful. The manager at breakfast also came to apologies for the service/ lack there of.

The first family room we were given was an accessible room that felt like an afterthought — almost like a leftover space that had later been converted into a hotel room. The floors were heavily marked and scraped, there was virtually no natural light, and the accessible bathroom had no bath for young children. I also paid a premium for a spa massage, which was unfortunately one of the worst I’ve experienced. There was no music or relaxing atmosphere, the whole experience felt awkward and uncomfortable, and certainly not what you would expect from a premium hotel spa. For the premium charged, particularly for families, the overall experience was disappointing.
