Very clean
Too many tricycles in front of the hotel which the car cannot park properly

I really like the comfort of staying here, and everything is accessible without having to go far. Aside from the TV having no channels, everything is okay now.

Location being near the airport. If youre looking for a really cheap room before or after flight. This is a good option. Room is tiny but has basic things you'd need.
The AC is noisy, thin walls (can hear next door), and it seems that the previous guest had oil massage and the covers were not cleaned/replaced. There were some long hair too (I have a short haircut). Even the slippers are oily.
