It is clean and comfortable! Our host, Gabby and onsite, Ana are very accommodating. We love staying here.
I bit hard, or at least confusing when bringing in guests. Remember that every one needs ID’s

The value was good, and host, Gabby, very a coma dating
It was hard to find the location with maps, until Gabby sugjested searching the name instead of address.

Gabby was an amazing host! Very professional and helpful responding promptly to issues I had during my stay.
The apartment was nice and very spacious.
The gym is okay but the sauna is good! (you have to tell security that you're staying more than 30 days to use the facilities).
A few issues:
- The area isn't very nice compared to other parts of Manila.
- The elevators are a nightmare especially on the weekends between 12pm-3pm ( it didn't help that most of the time only 2 of the 4 elevators worked).
- The plumbing in the kitchen area needs to be looked at as a bad sewage smell was coming from the sink.
- The noise when you turn on the bathroom light is very loud and annoying.
