Accomodating staffs and ample room temperature during the stay.
Regular room service after 2 days to take out garbage and change towels or bedsheets.

The staff were friendly were happy to hold onto a couple of items we couldn't take on our flight until we returned a few days later.
Stayed in 604 and this room was facing the main road and the KTV across the way was noisy all night. Staff did offer us a room move but they didn't have another double available. Was happy to put up the the KTV bar as we were only staying 2 nights. No mini fridge in the room but the staff can store things downstairs for you.

One of my Go-To hotels in Manila and close to Mall Of Asia ! Plus , it is a walking distance to Redemptorist Church in Baclaran! The hotel is well staffed and cleaned daily!
Nothing to write about!
