I loved the room. It was Beautiful and the colors were peaceful and soothing. I loved the fire in the lobby! I loved both pool and lazy river. Just an amazing experience! We rented a cabin 2 years ago and I wanted something more up to date
I wished the restaurant was open on weekdays instead of just the weekend for breakfast and brunch. That would have been awesome

One of our favorite hotels to stay when we visit Pigeon Forge. This hotel has so much to offer for families of all ages. The staff is beyond kind.

I was impressed by almost everything

The kids camp in our room was the selling point for us. Our daughter was so excited and it was really cute.
The game room was neat but half the games are broken. The house cleaners did not do a good job. We first walked in and found a dirty sock from the previous guest. When our room was cleaned after the first day, the kids room wasn’t even touched or beds made. Only one fresh towel was given even though 3 were used. The fridge smelled of old food and not cleaned.
