The location was very nice and the reason we were so excited about staying there.

There were kids terrorizing the guest. Beating on guest doors like lunatics, then running off. It would startle everyone and of course scare my dogs. When guest would enter the elevators, the kids would be on another floor kicking the doors so hard that it would scare you so bad that you’d prefer taking the stairs that was like climbing 6 stories high, being that each condo was 3 levels. But the worst thing these monsters did was go onto the concrete stairs and broke them up into large chunks, then began throwing them down on to the sidewalk where people frequently walk down to the beach boardwalk. And they threw a bunch down on top of a traveling vehicle down below. Then any other passing car had to drive over these large chunks of sharp concrete pieces. We had enough of the craziness and decided to leave our expensive vacation early to avoid injury or damage. But we were denied any refunds by Vacasa Vacation Rentals. They said that they are not responsible for our experience and will not compensate for it. Just wanted to give full warning of our experience for others to avoid same at 1135 Beach Walker Rd in the Omni Resort Amelia Island FL. by Vacasa rental company. They couldn’t have cared less for what my family and I experienced, that forced us to vacate the property

It was clean with the exception of the blanket. it was soiled.

The bed blanket was soiled.

infested with ants the entire stay. couldn't leave anything out on the counter as we would wake up the next morning and it would have big red ants on the container. Worse experience ever!
