Good location. Everything is within walking distance. Good breakfast with good variety and selections. Friendly staff.
Our room was a capsule room which is small and tight quarters. The shower door doubled as the bathroom door which was fine except that as a shower door, it did not keep water in the shower very well. We had to sacrifice a towel to wipe up the bathroom floor and prevent water from spreading further. We appreciated the air conditioning the room had; however, it often brought in a smoke smell from the outside. Fortunately, it was not a problem when we tried to sleep.

The location was so convenient - to coffee/bakeries, restaurants, the train station. Nurgul and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Breakfast was full of great options.
The size of the room. So very small and one side of the bed against the wall is not convenient.
