Absolute gem - the resort is so quaint and the views of the ocean are breathtaking - staff are very helpful and friendly always on hand could not recommend this place enough - even get the odd monkeys roaming around the resort which adds to the mystique

Hotel is in a secluded part of Sengigi so you will have to travel a little for activities or restaurants

Beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Friendly and welcoming staff. Although there were some issues with the air conditioning and the lights they were resolved with the on site engineer and thank you for the lovely perfume when we left and the massages. There is food on site (the fish and rice was delicious) which is nice and the restaurant area is peaceful to sit in and have a leisurely evening.

The floor wasn’t very clean but this was rectified and thoroughly cleaned. Thank you.

Out of all the accomodation I have booked for my journey, this one has exceeded my expectations. The room is spacious, the view on the sea is splendid. They event put a delicious cake for my birthday and an amazing decoration for the room. Thank you so much for this attention, especially in the bathroom. Thank you also for the gift that has warmed my heart and that I will keep forever. I am sorry I forgot the name of the people who helped us, but to be fair they were all amazing. We were on the 1st floor of rooms which was convenient because the access to the pool was closer. The staff is always present to meet our needs and bring us to the different locations of the resort. Food at the beach club was exquisite and we were happy we tried the food there. I wish I could have extended my stay there. My mom also loved it. Sadly we couldn't enjoy any of the activities due to some change in our schedule and stay but I am pretty sure they would have been amazing. Grab is available in the area so you can order a taxi and it is very convenient. Since we arrived late, we were able to enjoy the swimming pool until a bit later than usual which was very nice and we were very thanful for this after this long journey from Sumbawa.

What could be improved instead of what I didn't like: The price for breakfast is reasonable, I tried it but I felt some dishes were similar to some element in the buffet, which would have made me reconsider my choice of the complimentary dish. I still advice to try it once. There is no coffee machine in the room which is a bit sad for a 5* hotel.
