This was a really great house for a family birthday getaway. The separate games room and outdoor area from the main house was a big win for sleeping kids!
The stairs up to the loft bedrooms with the single beds were very steep which made it tricky for older people or small kids to stay up there. We had to rearrange a bit upon arrival, but ended up making a plan. Would be helpful if this was stated in the listing or there was photo of the stairs. The house was also a bit musty when we arrived. Would have been great if it was aired out before we arrived.

Lots of courtyard space and outside availability
The main area of the main house is a bit small to accomodate all 10 people at once
