Friendly host, lots of space, indoor braai and indoor fireplace, dishwasher in upstairs entertainment area as well as in downstairs kitchen, close to rocky beach but not on busier sea front road, close to southernmost tip of Africa, area felt very safe
The property layout was a bit disjointed, consisting of a main house with 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms kitchen living dining fireplace, a separate flat with 2 bedrooms (one through the other) 1 bathroom lounge pool table, and a separate upstairs entertainment area with indoor braai bar dining toilet. Can get wet in winter moving between the various sections on site and hard to heat up with constant traffic through outer doors

We were a large party and there was plenty of space. Was great that adults used the bar and braai area upstairs, while kids used the pool table and games area downstairs. It was close to the ocean so walks were scenic, and from the deck you could view the ocean while you enjoy drinks. It really was great.
Possibly better braai equipment could be made available. It was tricky to balance the grids, especially when braaing for 14 people, but this was a minor improvement. Overall the stay was fantastic.

The pictures are amazing, but the property in person was even better. Such an incredible space that is spacious, great facilities and gives the holiday feel. We were a group of 14 and had no feelings of being cramped or that there wasn’t enough space, close to the ocean and 5 minutes from town. Really social property.
No salt or pepper or cooking oil which is a first. Need new pool cues!
