Good location , lovely helpful staff

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room and our air conditioning wasn’t working properly

Location was excellent. Staff were brilliant, both on reception and food/drink. Bed was really comfy. Food and drinks in the bar were yummy.

Check in on the self service screen was tedious and slow. The tea/coffee facilities in the galley, the hot water was far from boiling, didnt fancy going out to get a luke warm tea in my pj's tbh. Toilet/bathroom/sink privacy just not the one, made the room less enjoyable. Been with my husband for 10 years but I'd still like to go to the loo in private.

Nothing at all

The location is perfect, plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. The lake is a short 3 minute walk away and the staff were all fantastic. Restaurant/bar has plenty of space and cocktail choices. The shower was good size and good water pressure. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but it did look good. Had a balcony and was a decent size but we didn't use it as we were out most of the day.

Our room layout was a little odd with the bed facing the wrong way (this is apparently only in a small number of rooms) and it was very small, there were no side tables or drawers and small hanging space so could not unpack fully. We had a large suitcase and found it difficult to open without putting on the bed. I knew no coffee or iron would be in the room (not a problem) but if you are on the 7th floor and want to iron your clothes you need to walk through bar and recpetipn to go downstairs, not the end of the world but would be more comfortable if we stayed on another floor (they have an iron and coffee room on every room execpt the 7th). Overall I still think this is a good choice but would be more careful with the room selection.
