Close to the station. Clean and friendly staff
No milk for tea and coffee in the room but I was given some when I asked at reception. Could hear the trams but wasn’t an issue sleeping as very tired! Air conditioning not great didn’t really make any difference.

Location
The gym was very poor in terms of not all the machines working and few weights.

Location was just aside of the train station. Walking distance to lake side.
Room a little smaller then expected. But aceptable.

Location is strategic near to the stations and most of the attractions are within 1-2 km walking distance
The cleaning, I noticed many ant infections, a lot of ants were living in the room
